Adjunct professor at the Faculty of Education in the Department of Pedagogy at the Università Cattolica in Milan and Brescia, I teach Educational Planning.

Partner in Choralia, a human resources development company in Milan, I deal with the management and delivery of training and organisational development projects. Since 2001, I have been collaborating with the Istituto Italiano di Valutazione for the evaluation of projects in the socio-educational field; since 2010, I am a consultant for Provincia Autonoma di Trento as a member of the Nucleo di Valutazione. I collaborated for several years with the Federal University School for Vocational Training (SUFFP) in Lugano (CH).

I have a background in psychology, with specialisations in clinical psychology, adult learning and sports psychology. My interests range from innovative ‘evidence-based’ methods for training – mostly concerning the use of technology – to project management adapted to learning processes.
